称义 [Justification]

Book: 1 Corinthians (New Testament)
Author: Paul

1 Corinthians 4:4 :“For I know of nothing against myself, yet I am not justified by this; but He who judges me is the Lord.”

Today’s Meditation: We may not think that we are wrong, but it does not mean we are absolutely correct. We shall not possess excessive-confidence on our opinions and feelings. As taught in Deuteronomy 12:8, we shall not solely depends on our own judgement to do something because we may have wrong perceptions. One who identifies his ruler as Lord can ignore others’ judgement and also not to judge himself. As we serve, we seek for Lord’s will but not humans’.
