祷告的心态 [Mentality During Prayer]

Book: Matthew (New Testament)
Author: Matthew

Matthew 6:7 :“And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.”

Today’s Meditation: When we are praying, we should have concise and meaningful praying contents that express our burdens instead of repetitions or many words. There are times when our prayer are meant for people instead of God. The contents of prayer is important, but the one who prays is much more important. Praying is not about decent discourse, but the sincerity of our mind to pray for our burdens and needs. There is a crisis in most fellowships, where our prayers are affected by the environments. Many contents in the prayer are not expressed according to our burdens, but according to the respond of people.
