遵守上帝心意的王 [The King that Obeys the Lord]

Book: 1 Samuel (Old Testament)
Author: Samuel

1 Samuel 13:14 :“But now your kingdom shall not continue. The Lord has sought for Himself a man after His own heart, and the Lord has commanded him to be commander over His people, because you have not kept what the Lord commanded you.”

Today’s Meditation: Saul’s sins proved that he was unworthy to hold his post in sacred duty. One who does not respect the needs of God cannot be a reliable and wise leader of a nation. Him and His family will sit still in the throne if he would to take the test of God patiently. Saul as a king of a nation is nothing but a servant in front of God. A servant who does not do what his master asked is a terrible mistake.
