生命的旅程 [Journey of Life]

Book: Job (Old Testament)
Author: Job

Job 1:21 :“And he said: naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return there. The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.”

Today’s Meditation: Job had the correct life outlook. He treated life on this world as a journey where we have to return to our home eventually. The journey is not focused on how much we gained in the process. We came to this world nakedly. Thus, we cannot expect ourselves to bring anything along with us when we die. Our gains on this world are meaningless when we are leaving. God deprives things from many people and bring adversities to them. When we choose to submit ourselves to God, surrender under Him and accept His way, we can worship Him in the midst of adversities.
