顺服,遵行,行善 [Obey, Execute, Do Good Works]

Book: Titus (New Testament)
Author: Paul

Titus 3:1 :“Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work,”

Today’s Meditation: The way of a Christian to be a good citizen is to obey rulers and authorities, execute orders, and be ready for every good work. One who failed to follow the leader shows his own selfishness and arrogance instead of his ‘higher standard discipline’ or ‘higher probity’ compared to the authorities. Some Christians have a misconception that obeying other people is disrespecting and disloyal to God. In fact, obeying the systems allowed by God is obeying God Himself. We need to establish normal and proper relationship with others before having a chance to go good work.
