[Spoken Words]

Book: Matthew (New Testament)
Author: Matthew

Matthew 12:36 :“But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgement.”
Matthew 12:37 :“For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Today’s Meditation: We still have the chance the cancel what we want to say, provided the words have yet to come out from our mouth. However, words spoken are not retrievable. Thus, we need to be careful for what we say. Idle words spoke by Christian will be spoke twice. We might say it unconsciously today, and again when we are being judged. Words are not the reason to justify us, but are the proofs to justify. Anything we say today will decide our position in God’s kingdom in the future. This is a very serious matter.
