[Christ’s Grace is Sufficient for You]

Book: 2 Corinthians (New Testament)
Author: Paul

2 Corinthians 12:9 :“And He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Therefore most gladly, I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ my rest upon me.”

Today’s Meditation: ‘My grace is sufficient for you’ has been a consolation to many Christians throughout the time. Many people are motivated and consoled with this. Till this day, this consolation is still true regardless any kind of situation we are in. The grace of the Lord is sufficient for us. May all of us experience this. We will stop struggling if we understand our weaknesses. Admitting our weaknesses and we will receive the endless strength and grace from God. Admitting our weaknesses is to withdraw strength from Christ. Thus, we should not be afraid of being weak, but to afraid of not understanding Christ and relying on His strength. Weaknesses are not pathetic and sad issue. Weaknesses should be boasted. What Paul mean, is to take weaknesses as our glory so that we have chance to reveal the strength of Christ and have His power rest upon us. People without weaknesses cannot have Christ’s power rest upon them. We need to have weaknesses to have Christ’s power rest upon us.
