上帝的审判 [Judgement of God]

Book: Romans (New Testament)
Author: Paul

Romans 2:3 :“And do you think this, O man, you who judge those practising such things, and doing the same, that you will escape the judgement of God?”

Today’s Meditation: We often like to judge others’ failures to cover our failures, and criticise others to make us look better. One person is evaluated by God based on what he did instead of what he said. Those who will only judge others will not judge themselves. They will not see their mistakes and make amendments. They look at the speck in their brethren’s eye, but do not consider the plank in their own eye. Such person cannot escape the judgement of God. A person who acts to be religious and self-righteous likes to judge others. He will not be able to escape the judgement of God. God gives the judgement to Christ completely. His standard of judgement is the Christ He established. Whoever that is self-righteous to judge others has offended the authority of Christ. He has questioned the position of Christ and will not escape the judgement of God.
