[From the Love]

Book: 1 Corinthians (New Testament)
Author: Paul

1 Corinthians 13:3 :“And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.”

Today’s Meditation: Here it clearly explains that the good deeds of human is different from the love of God. There will be good deeds in the love of God, but good deeds may not come from the love of God. We will naturally do good deeds if we pursue after the love of God. We will be like the usual gentleman if we just pursue after good deeds without the love of God. Such person has no spiritual value to God. Fraternity and martyrdom may not be love. Only God Himself is the source of love. The usual self-denial often ends up adding many selfish components, while the self-denial that comes from love is the one that adds the components of Lord.
